Who is responsible for your data?
ChemistryX Unipessoal, Lda, VAT PT515384151, registered in Portugal, is responsible for personal data processed through LaboratoriX. Privacy enquiries may be sent to chemistryx.company@gmail.com.
Information and quotation requests
When you submit a form or email us, we process the information provided to reply, recommend equipment, prepare proposals and take requested pre-contractual steps. The form uses an external message-delivery service, FormSubmit, to forward the request to the company email address.
Retention and lawful basis
Requests are kept only for as long as needed to handle them and meet applicable contractual, tax or legal obligations. Processing is based on your request, pre-contractual steps, legal obligations and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in maintaining appropriate business records.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after you select “Accept analytics”. It may measure pages visited and approximate technical and geographic information. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses or form contents to Analytics. Advertising and personalisation features are disabled.
Cookies and your choice
If you accept Analytics, cookies whose names begin with “_ga” may be set. You may reject Analytics when first asked or change your decision at any time through “Cookie settings”. Withdrawing consent stops subsequent optional analytics collection and removes analytics cookies accessible to the website.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).
